“Yet I will rejoice in the LORD.” — Habakkuk 3:18
Waiting can be difficult, especially when we have prayed and the answer has not yet come. However, waiting does not mean God has forgotten us.
Habakkuk chose to rejoice even when his circumstances were difficult. We can make the same choice today.
Sometimes, God uses waiting seasons to prepare us for what is ahead. While we wait, He can strengthen our character, deepen our faith, and teach us to depend on Him rather than on circumstances.
It is natural to become discouraged when things do not happen according to our timeline. But God’s timing is different from ours. Instead of allowing impatience to steal our peace, we can choose to trust His wisdom.
While you wait, remember the blessings you already have. Thank God for His presence, His protection, and His promises. Your current situation may not be your final chapter.
You may not have the answer yet, but you can still trust the One who holds your future. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep giving thanks.
Prayer: Lord, help me to remain grateful and joyful while I wait on You. Amen.
Moral Message
Do not allow waiting to make you forget God’s faithfulness. Be patient, keep trusting, and remain grateful. Sometimes the waiting season is preparing you for something greater.
